Like any professional organisation or corporation, Landcare Australia Ltd has corporate image guidelines that govern how the landcare logo is presented and used. The landcare logo is one of Australia's most recognisable symbols. Research shows four out of five people recognise the landcare logo. This makes the logo a highly commercial symbol, particularly for Landcare Australia and the corporates who enter partnership agreements, and community landcare which ultimately benefits with funds and resources from our corporate partners.

The landcare logo was developed in 1990 by Cliff Burk and consists of two parts: the shape of two hands holding Australia and the word LANDCARE or LANDCARE AUSTRALIA (for business and media use), in the Australian colours of green and gold. It symbolises the landcare ethic — a caring attitude to Australia and action to repair and protect our land.
